By participating in our websites, mobile applications, games, social media channels, online communities, events, or creator programs (collectively, the “Community”), you agree to follow these Community Guidelines.

Treat everyone with kindness and respect.

We encourage constructive discussions, creativity, and collaboration.

Please respect differences in opinions, cultures, backgrounds, identities, and experiences.

PLAY FRIENDS is designed to be welcoming for audiences of all ages.

Do not post or share content that includes:

• Hate speech
• Harassment or bullying
• Sexual or explicit content
• Illegal activities
• Dangerous behavior
• Excessive profanity
• Discriminatory content

Please respect the intellectual property of PLAYX Co., Ltd. and other creators.

Do not:

• Upload pirated content
• Redistribute official artwork without permission
• Sell PLAY FRIENDS assets without authorization
• Claim PLAY FRIENDS characters as your own

Fan art is welcome under our Fan Content Policy.

Never share:

• Passwords
• Personal identification numbers
• Financial information
• Home addresses
• Phone numbers
• Government-issued identification
• Other people’s private information without permission

Protect your privacy and respect the privacy of others.

The following behavior is prohibited:

• Personal attacks
• Threats
• Hate speech
• Doxxing
• Stalking
• Intimidation
• Repeated unwanted contact

Everyone deserves to feel safe within the PLAY FRIENDS Community.

Do not:

• Post repetitive messages
• Advertise unrelated products
• Share scams
• Conduct phishing attempts
• Spread malware
• Manipulate community engagement
• Use automated bots without permission

AI-generated content is welcome provided that it:

• Clearly respects PLAY FRIENDS intellectual property
• Does not impersonate PLAYX or official staff
• Does not spread misinformation
• Does not create offensive or misleading material
• Complies with all Community Guidelines

PLAYX may remove AI-generated content that violates these standards.

We love seeing the creativity of our fans.

You may create:

• Fan art
• Fan comics
• Fan animations
• Cosplay
• Educational content
• Reviews
• Commentary
• Non-commercial videos

Please:

• Credit PLAY FRIENDS™ as the original intellectual property.
• Do not imply official endorsement.
• Do not use fan creations for commercial purposes without written permission from PLAYX Co., Ltd.

If you encounter content that violates these Guidelines, please report it using available reporting tools or contact our moderation team.

Reports are reviewed as quickly as reasonably possible.

PLAYX may take appropriate action, including:

• Removing content
• Issuing warnings
• Suspending accounts
• Permanently banning users
• Restricting community features
• Reporting illegal activity to appropriate authorities when required

Enforcement decisions are made at PLAYX’s reasonable discretion.

These Community Guidelines may be updated periodically.

Continued participation in the Community after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
